Celebration of Vagina
I have spent many years detesting being female. It started before my period, and it hasn’t really stopped. However, I have found things to like about being a girl/woman/chick/bitch/slut/whore/goddess/lover/sister/wife/girlfriend/eventual mother…
People like to put women in a box (and I don’t mean in that kinky way that some people get off on doing). Ladies are supposed to be gentle and kind. They are supposed to be demure, soft, and yielding…
Y’know, I am not really any of those things. I can be. I can put on that description like a mask. I can put on many descriptions as a mask, and so can any woman.
Women come in many shapes, sizes, colors, types, . Our personalities vary. Some of us fit the description of a lady. Some of us do not.
I am going to do my damnedest to start celebrating being a woman (even as I want, desperately, to perform a do-it-yourself hysterectomy). There will be poetry and stories and rants. Yes, there will be links, too, starting with this:
I got the idea for the title from this.
I am a Vagina haver, and I am deciding it’s time to be proud of it.
